As a seasoned traveler and former food critic, I must emphasize the importance of attention to detail in hospitality. While my stay at Quality Inn Plant City - Lakeland had some positives - friendly staff and convenient location off Interstate 4 - the overall experience fell short. the complimentary hot breakfast and free Wi-Fi were appreciated, but the lackluster breakfast spread left much to be desired. In terms of amenities, the outdoor pool and fitness center were a nice touch, but the overall maintenance of the property seemed lacking. With its proximity to Busch Gardens and Dinosaur World, this hotel has potential, but improvements in cleanliness and guest services are necessary. My companions and I were left with a sense of unease and would not consider staying here again. In the future, I hope to see enhancements that match the potential this location holds.
